Insurance FAQ

What insurances do you accept?

Most of our therapists are in network with Blue Cross Blue Shield, Federal BCBS, Ambetter, United Healthcare, UMR, Optum, Aetna, Qual-Choice, Municipal Health Benefit Program (MHBP Arkansas), and New Directions EAP

How much will my insurance cover?

It depends on your plan, deductible and coinsurance. Please check your coverage by calling your insurance provider and asking the following questions:

  • Do I have coverage for outpatient mental health visits in an office setting? How much is covered?

  • What is my deductible and has it been met?

  • What is my copay?

  • Is there a limit on the number of sessions covered per year?

What if my insurance is out of network?

We are happy to provide you with a super bill for each of your appointments that you can submit to your insurance for reimbursement.

What if I don’t have insurance?

We offer a private pay rate as well as sliding scale rates for those with limited financial resources.

What is your cancellation policy?

Please cancel appointments at least 24 hours in advance, otherwise, the full amount of the visit will be charged. If insured, this amount will be the full cost of the visit normally billed to insurance.
